0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I had a good workout here today. Gabor is a lovely chap, very welcoming and trains you to your level. The machines are great in the fact you can get a 25 mins circuit done with zero need to change weight plates or swap stations etc. That’s what makes it unique. He has explained that class members wear a heart rate monitor too and you are therefore up in lights so no skiving! But equally he can pace you if you’ve gone in a bit keen. It’s certainly a nice atmosphere and great for beginners who don’t want to feel intimidated in normal gym settings.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I have been a member of Hitzone Northampton for some 18 months and have genuinely loved every session. The instructors are amazing and encourage and inspire you every step of the way. There is no pressure and everyone works at their own level. Every session is different but always enjoyable. Suzy, who runs Northampton, is so friendly and supportive and all members, without exception, are the same. Please come and try it – you’ll definitely not regret your decision!
