0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Avina is amazing!! her classes are great, her PT sessions are brilliant and she always gives alternatives and pushes you to challenge yourself! Always so positive and makes every workout a great one! Can’t recommend enough!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The gym is always tidy and clean and the staff are so friendly, always willing to help and offer advice if you ask. Mervin particularly is always helpful. It’s open 24 hours so you can fit it into your schedule and the music is uplifting but not too loud if you’d prefer to wear your own headphones in the gym. The staff are open to suggestions for improvements as well. Great gym and well worth the price of membership.

During my recent visit to the Northampton Central Gym Group, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and range of facilities offered. The gym is conveniently located in the heart of Northampton, making it easily accessible for both locals and those commuting from nearby areas.
The first thing I noticed was the modern and clean environment. The gym floor is spacious, with a well-organized layout that includes a variety of equipment. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or functional workouts, there’s something for everyone. The cardio area is equipped with numerous treadmills, bikes, and rowing machines, all of which appeared to be in excellent condition.

I like the layout of this one, as it’s similar to the other one.. Went at 10:30pm with a mate who had just joined.. We both had a good look around, before having a great workout . I’ll definitely be coming here again.
Don’t forget to enter your car registration number on the machine.. Located on the right side of the doors as you exit the entrance pods.
