Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Ordered a tv bed back in May 2023, delivery timescale 9 weeks delivered 1st week of October!! Terrible customer service, nearly 2k spent on a bed with no mattress, despite being told the bed was complete for the price paid. They deny this was the case and we hadn’t ordered the mattress, this particular bed they apparently dont sell the bed complete!! A new mattress was sole purpose of purchasing complete bed and was told numerous times it includes the mattress, even got son to lie on the mattress to try!! Cannot return or cancel as not in the contract. We certainly will not ever use FAB furniture in Northampton again, and would not recommend them to anyone!! Very disappointed in their service. Now we have to go and buy a mattress!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered right at beginning of December, told 19 weeks likely to come before. Lied too, ignored my requested for 5 years credit, took deposit, very unhappy next day when I changed colour (I day), don’t answer emails, tried to cancel told we can’t, couldn’t read paperwork as he knew I didn’t have specs with me but had given our sofa to,charity so needed to order quickly. Seems this company was once part of the trusted Co op, then bought out to another company, now I am not able to find information regarding directors in company gouse records, what is going on, I,want to cancel and order locally as I can’t wait any longer and company can deliver this week locally., awful stay away and use one of the others that you can and do,check out before hand.

The furniture looks fantastic in the shop. But not good enough if they are not capable to deliver. I place an order in March ( big value – 2 ottoman bed frames , dining table with bench and chairs ) and promised to arrive in 17 weeks. After 17 weeks (due in July) we’ve been told that again we have to wait until end of August. Now they don’t even think the furniture has been made yet . We’ve paid already an important amount since March.
If you really want a good and happy experience when buying furniture, choose another company.
