The old lady is the rudest women I have ever met. She needs to sort her stinky attitude out like she’s doing us a favour. Would give this place 0 stars do not use

Worst laundry in Northampton . I was disappointed with the service at the laundry shop. The staff was rude, and it negatively impacted my experience. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.” It’s the 3rd time experiencing the same issue with the same staff (old lady) . Never going there anymore.

A nice and clean environment would certainly go back there again the assistant was very helpful helping me with using the machine.
