Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Absolutely horrible experience and most importantly a very UNTRUSTWORTHY HOST. Stayed at an Airbnb managed by this Manor Stays. The heater didnt work in peak winter, no bed spreads provided for a change despite three and a half weeks stay until followed up many times. The reason I say UNTRUSTWORTHY is because the host didnt respond for one and a half days when the heater wasnt working till I escalated with Airbnb and also mentioned about raising a formal complaint. After all this, they were forced to even provide a minimum refund for few days but later requested me to leave a positive review on Airbnb. But after I did leave a fair review and not to damage their reputation, they instead wrote a very bad review for me. Respect and trust has to be mutual. Never stay at a good place but where Trust is acutely lacking.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I am from South Africa. When I arrived here, I starting feeling at home it’s clean, stylish and have sufficient facilities. This is the best place ever. My kids were so happy. The TV have NEFLIX, YouTube free wifi. It’s perfect, I can recommend to others

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 After a horrendous experience of my previous reservation cancelling on us the moment we got to the place we were staying, Manor stays were amazing! They gave us a place to stay immediately even when it was very last minute booking. Not even just that, the service was brilliant, the apartment was so clean, so lovely and such a nice place to stay! The lady that cleaned our apartment did it as quickly as she could, so friendly. This made the whole experience of my day worth it.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great room. Clean, tidy and quite apartments. Very modern finish, great place to stay. One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed at, and will definitely be using the manor again in the future.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My experience has been in staying at 54 The Avenue, managed by Manor Stays, for a number of weeks now. Generally, the apartment has been very well maintained and serviced. Any minor issues have been promptly dealt with by Manor Stays, and my dealings with James Moloney at Manor have been very positive – James has been very responsive and I can definitely recommend James and his company.
