Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 Played foothold here yesterday with my 13 year old son. Been here before and always enjoyed it. This visit was disappointing. The grass was really long off the ‘fairways’, which themselves weren’t in great condition. None of the holes were numbered, and no direction arrows to the next hole, so we didn’t know where we were supposed to go next. Just a little bit more care and attention and this could be really good again.

Rating:3 A truly beautiful setting and the facilities and bar and staff are all very welcoming and friendly.I was looking forward to playing the main course for some time and sadly I was bitterly disappointed.Even taking into account the recent heavy rain the course was in poor condition and looked almost completely unmanaged.The fairways were adequate but still too wet in places to be playable.There were no grass tees set up and all tee offs had to be done off mats.The greens were at best awful and putting was almost impossible at times.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 A great little golf complex. Tidy course, superb tees, which were always flat too! (a rare occurence in my Golfing experience) and nice greens.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Lovely place for a family afternoon out. Children loved playing the fishing game on the driving range and the putting green kept them entertained whilst waiting for food.

Wasn’t expecting such a Vibrant place great clubhouse with all the facilities, we played the Oak Course.
The course was well presented in great condition considering the drought situation and the tee’s, greens and surrounds really good condition, superfast greens. Some really nice golf holes with ditches in front of the greens making you play good golf shots.
Finished off with Ham, Eggs and chips, the service we received was fantastic.
Overall a great day had by all.

The club house has a driving range behind it and does a mean bacon sandwich!
