0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Clean, comfy, modern rooms. Fair price. My only problem was the top floor room I was on had a very low ceiling which wasnt mentioned. For anyone over 5ft10 you wouldn’t be able to stand up fully in the room.

Rating:1 Absolutely disgusted with the treatment from this place, my partner booked and paid for the last 2 rooms for one night for July 2020 as part of my 40th birthday present back in Oct 2019, however yesterday, 13th Jan 2020, she received an email from them cancelling our booking and refunding the money, she went on their website to find that the price has increased by £300+ probably due to them realising its the British GP weekend, and now all rooms are available. When she called them to find out why, the person who answered couldn’t explain so my partner asked to talk to the owner. The owner called my partner today, he was rude, didn’t care and even swore repeatedly, when asked about why this happened and if there was anything they could do to help resolve the issue. Extremely poor customer service. Only 1 star just to post review
