Dear Sir/Madam,
I am emailing to express my complete disgust as a tradepoint customer at how I have been let down by Tradepoint delivery service.
I needed to do a job that required we had flooring delivered on time due to tradesmen on site on the 3rd of Sept, I ordered the flooring well in advance (18th August) for delivery and was given the date as the 2nd Sept.
I received a text on the 1st September at 3.16pm to say that it was now being delivered on the 7th September. I called the number on the text to be told that it was still to be delivered on the 2nd and I asked the person on phone to check he said after putting me on hold for 10 mins that the transport company had lots of aborted jobs and drivers had worked too many hours so that Monday it would now be dely date. I was then told I would be compensated with a voucher for £30 and tradepoint say do not book tradesmen until items have arrived!!!!!!!
This is 2020 and if you wait from the 18th ...
