0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Love Dunelm, lovely lady by entrance who was very friendly and when we wanted to purchase a rug on the first floor she was serving there also. Nice to have someone that engages in conversation with the customers and nothing seemed too much trouble. On the negative side, there are never enough staff serving on the checkouts. 2 customers trying to return items which seemed to take forever. Why not have a dedicated till for this. Having said that would highly recommend this store.

There is a wide selection of colours, styles and price ranges for all bed sizes.
I bought a selection of bedding for single beds – washed them all before use and was pleased with how well they ironed.

I asked a woman on the bottom floor if she could show me where the bins were and she was very off hand and pointed and said somewhere over there? and then she immediately got on will what she was doing. I when and spend my money elsewhere.
