Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Treated like a king for a day!!!!! The room where I was staying was spotless and more like a hotel room with an electric bed. The professor, nurses and doctors that dealt with me while having my spinal surgery went above beyond to keep me comfortable, dosed up and well fed when I could eventually eat. could not rate the whole experience any higher. Thanks so much for everyone that helped me feel super welcome. With thanks C M

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Day case procedure completed in the endoscopy unit. From the initial appointment to the results, the process was excellent. All the staff I encountered were very professional and efficient whilst also being supportive and kind. The hospital was spotlessly clean and I felt totally confident in their care. Lunch and a drink were delicious and very well received. Thank you.

Before the procedure I had received all documents and explanation, all my questions had been responded via email within the same day. In the day of surgery I was accommodated in a single room, all facilities, including private bathroom with shower, had been provided including healthy meal afterwards. Doctor Ami Shukla visited me before and after procedure, nurse was extremely helpful and provided all the support I needed. The hospital is equipped with modern equipment and the level of cleanliness is impressive. Many thanks to all the staff for making my stay in the hospital comfortable and less stressful.

Clare, Nina and Asmitha looked after me very well – they were all very friendly and attentive.
It was an experience being able to converse with the surgeon and the team whilst I was being operated on, it helped to keep me calm.

both anaesthesiologist, my doctor Mr. Aldrich, catering team and fantastic nurse Julia – literally cares for you like a mother I have been explaining everything that is being done for me as well as post care. Thank you everyone, as well as the team that work behind the scenes.
