0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Rooms are nice, basic but comfortable and clean. Service is impeccable, the staff are all 5 star. The one star off is because the restaurant is closed for renovation and since hotel dinner is included in my company package, I had to do with the limited choices of their “pub food”. Breakfast is great though.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I had a lovely stay while at this hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean with a great bathroom. The breakfast was great with a good range of choices. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Northampton, the location is great too!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Ideally situated hotel in the heart of Northampton, very near 2/3 minute walk to bus or train station. Staff all very friendly, attentive & happy to help. Rooms very spacious, bed comfortable & bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of hot & cold food. Will definitely be back & would fully recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Northampton Park Inn held our Indian wedding ceremony. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and very good at adapting to our needs. The site was the perfect size and adapted to our many requirements. Brittany was extremely helpful and very good at keeping us calm. We had a lot of guests staying the night before and they were all very happy with the hotel staff and hotel. The day itself ran very smooth and the staff were all complimentary and helpful. Thank you!

The room was lovely and clean and bright. Very newly decorated.
The bathroom is very small. You couldn’t swing a cat in there.
But again bright and fresh. Loved that the shower controls were not under the shower head.
Things we were not happy with were the fact that there is a interconnecting door in all rooms. We asked if we could get a room without this, and were told we couldn’t, and that there was no one currently checked into the room next to us. But only a few hours later you could hear the person next door drying their hair and moving around in the room. It felt like we were sharing a room. So really not happy about that. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Our other complaint is that the website did not advise of ongoing refurb works at the hotel. Neither did the receptionist advise us of this. So was awoken by drilling, and banging at around 9.30am. This is fine if you ar...
