Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Lovely brand new (almost) hotel. Only issue: no airco in the rooms, butfor me personally not a big deal. Located 15min walk away from city center and very reasonable priced. And breakfast from 08’00 not always handy

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Kind and polite staff, spacious rooms. Cleaning needs improvement specially in the bathroom. Quite noisy with a lot of students around and the walls seem to be quite thin as you can hear everything from a few rooms away. Very annoying lights on the ceiling cannot be switched off. Light in the bathroom is automatic so waiting for ten minutes until it switches off together with the noisy extractor fan. Would use the hotel again if I could.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The hotel is very new and modern, as well as being in a lovely location. The man at reception was helpful and friendly. Bit disappointed by the rooms as there was only one shower towel between 2 of us – wouldn’t class this as 4 star.

On a university campus so a little bit of noise from students outside through the night.
Room was good and the shower was decent.
The reception staff on arrival were bloody useless though. Surly, uninformative and really not very pleasant. We asked for a taxi to be booked to take us into town and then waited outside.
And waited.
Went to find out what the hold up was and the staff hadn’t told us that taxis don’t pick up outside the hotel but down the road.
Checking out we had the same member of staff. We didn’t really want full breakfast but there were big posters next to the lift advertising pastries and a coffee all day every day for £2.95.
We asked about this and were told “have you booked breakfast?”
No, we just wanted the coffee and Danish for £2.95 please.
“You’ll have to order breakfast for £5”
Her manner was, frankly, awful.

The room, on 4th floor was hot. There was a fan in the room so presumably they already knew about the temperature, there is no AC and the window would open slightly only so not good ventilation.
The room was spacious with ample space and good facilities such as iron and blow dryer and clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet as well.
The glasses were dirty with stains on one of them. I had to go to reception to change it (I didn’t call).
They had only provided towel for 1 person and the room was booked for 2. The shower gel was in a liquid soap container placed on the tap. The toilet was wheelchair accessible which could be a plus, but not suitable for us as my partner had to bend to shave, not easy!
It is located on university campus and there is no grocery store nearby.
