Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 This place is by far the best traditional Indian food in Northampton. The flavours, taste, spices and textures are something that can only be found in India. I have no idea why more people do not know about this hidden gem.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We visited based on the amount of veggie options on the menu, and we weren’t disappointed! Each dish was packed full of flavour and the breads were all delicious too. Authentic, fresh and very reasonably priced too.

Ordered pani puri, butter chicken, halwa, puri, chilli chicken, chicken tikka masala, paneer kofta, garlic naan, lacha paratha, paneer paratha, aloo paratha and malai lassi. Unfortunately none of the ordered items were tasting well except naans and aloo paratha nothing was worth it. Chicken tikka masala and as watery, kofta curry was more like brinjal and halwa looks okay but was bland.

This is Indian food, fine. But this is not the food you get in restaurants, not even in homes. This is what you get in canteens and messes.
Massively overpriced for the quality delivered.
Bang average curry and raw breads are common. As the pics show.
The measure of quality of an Indian restaurant is the breads, and I’m being generous giving them 2 stars.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I had the Tandoori Chicken to start, then Lamb Curry, Chilli Chicken, Pilau Rice and Garlic Naan. This is the best Indian food I’ve had! The fresh Lassi’s are definitely one to get too!
