0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The two ladies working today were so so lovely and honestly made the whole experience!!!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and friendliness which made the whole experience 100% better. They were patient and gave good advice, even though I was terribly indecisive, but not once did I get any indication of annoyance or rudeness. The piece I left with was gorgeous and just perfect and I could not think of any other place to return to for future items.

Rating:1 Went to this shop because they sell Boss jewellery witch i have one bracelet from Hugoboss website and the pin that secure the lock came out so i went inside and show her and she told me that is broken and can’t be repair, she also said i have to buy a new one, she didn’t sound professional and i knew the bracelet is not broken, only the pin came out and needs something to secure the pin witch is the same on watches bracelet, any way i didn’t want to waste my time because she didn’t seem professional enough to repair it or she didn’t want to, i went elsewhere and they repaired it in 10 minutes and also Polish it witch i didn’t tell them to and only charge me a few quid so on the end im happy that the lady from this shop told me she could not repair it, i don’t think she would do a good job. Don’t recommend this shop they only want you to buy their basic stuff and they can’t repair jewellery
