Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Me and my partner visited the store on 01.06.2024. We were looking around and then approached the lady that was working there. My partner asked if he could find his ring size and she was extremely rude to him. Didn’t even speak to him and just said the letter. She then turned around. I got her attention again and asked if they had any 2.5ct diamond rings in store. She looked us up and down and said ‘We don’t have those in store. Thats a very big diamond and you do know that it’s expensive? You are looking at more than £10k so that won’t work for you’. She then just stared at us in silence. We were both shocked.

She explained everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble! Went back a couple of days later and she remembered me and was just as kind. Excellent service and will be going back next time I need something!

We left the store feeling very disappointed and judged.
We proceeded to go into Michael Jones, bought our 2.5ct diamond and I really wanted to go back into your store to teach her a lesson and tell her to not judge but I didn’t. Unfortunately you missed out on more than “10k” that day.
Also, whilst we were in there, someone else was also complaining about her.
