0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Didn’t find anything in the windows that took my fancy but the staff seem friendly. They were extremely busy when I passed through the shop with my mother. Although a lady with short dark hair was busy serving a customer, she made eye contact with me and smiled. I ended up leaving the shop moments after since I didn’t see anything at all I liked. Although I didn’t buy anything, they seem to have good customer service.

My partner bought here an engagement ring for me, I went back on the next working day wishing to exchange it to a smaller size as it was too big. They said they dont accept because of the scratches! I told them so it was probably sold like this as i did not wear it, they just send me somewhere else to get it resized… fantastic…

First time I called to enquire when it would be in (on the last day I was told it would have arrived by) staff were rude and abrupt. Second time (once it was a week late) spoke to a lovely lady who explained the situation. Some of the staff are lovely, others are sulky and rude. Treated like dirt based on how much you spend! Hate to think how they deal with people who spend less than £350. Save yourself the hassle and use a different branch, hell use a different jewellers!
