Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 The washing machines are all only 16kg so needed two washes for my normal one. Dryers are quick and reasonably priced. The comments about the last in the corner are all valid and as long as you are pleasant to her she is harmless.

Rating:1 Went to wash my duvet didn’t have the right change the lady who is supposed to be there to help Didn’t was busy sitting chatting with her friend it was only when I turned around to leave she shouted across the room to me will try again let’s hope the customer service has improved

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Found this launderette on Google maps. I used the service wash and two loads of washing were washed dried and folded in under 3 hours. Good service. I would recommend to friends and family.

As a face-to-face entity that requires daily customer interaction, she needs to adjust her demeanor and approach. From observation, it appears she selectively chooses whom to interact with effectively.

Maybe I didn’t use enough detergent but the washing was not clean even on a hot wash. Maybe the size of the machines was the problem.
Three stars as it serves a purpose but would not return.

I decided to wash my duvet there, but after just half an hour in the machine, it was covered in what looked like a mix of animal hair and dark lint. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they were incredibly unhelpful, even suggesting that the mess was my own hair.
Their lack of concern and dismissive attitude were very off-putting. Unfortunately, I’ll have to dispose of the duvet now, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this laundromat to anyone
