Today went to pay my TV licence, the guy seemed has no knowledge how to work with till and how to print right receipt, when I wanted to leave and try to pay in another shop he refused to give me back my payment card …
The same time security alarm went on for quite some time he also didn’t know how to switch off
Incompetent and rude staff
Low quality shop
