0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent service. Phoned in an emergency as our door wouldn’t open. Alex arrived within 15-20 mins as he said he would. Diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote we were happy with and fitted a new mechanism. Door now works better than before! He could see our door had dropped causing some of our locking issues. Invoice quickly sent quickly.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible service. He charged £200 for the job and said he’s return next day the finish off. Never came back and refuses to come. Saying it’s not his problem. Don’t go for this. Left the job half finished.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 What a great job he has done on my front door. What i thought was an easy fix turned into a horror show for me. I called sparrow’s and he came same day to fix my door. He was very informative of the issue and explained what was wrong. He also made recommandions on the lock that needed replacing, but never forced the sale, but made suggestions and said that it could become an issue. Even with a bad back and in pain he still sorted the job. Very friendly guy, great work on my door and would highly recommend. Thank you for your help

When we requested for a different type of door lock that as well, he fixed up instantly within a committed time… we feel empowered being in touch with him.. we’re so glad to find an Expert for lock related issues in residential and commercial purpose in Northampton, Upton area .. I will strongly recommend him and ask him to help us again for any future endeavours related to my home and office premises lock and key issues…
