Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Probably the worst carboot I have been to. They charge for entry to the saddest collection of sellers, who mostly sell really nothing worth the time. It is absolutely tiny.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Very disappointing – this car boot has been changed drastically for this year. To sell is now £15 up from just £10 last year. A £5 increase is just greedy. We will not sell here again until its returned to a respectable price and others have said the same. Shame cause was previously good.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Honestly used to be one of the best carboots but is massively getting worse in week. The organisers no longer care and they just want to take money and not put any effort into organising the event.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Why say you’re open until 3pm when literally everyone leaves at 12:30? Just a simple message under the times saying that most sellers leave at 12/1 would’ve been a good idea so I don’t waste my time travelling here only to find an empty field surrounded by traffic 2 hours before it finishes.

The only downside is the old woman collecting the parking money spending too much time talking with patrons causing big queues and slowing the entrance process. I get it’s nice to be friendly but there needs to be some consideration to keeping the queues moving too.

The toilets are vile. One cubicle has blocked since they reopened this year which means they are not cleaning them.
We came a little late one week as sellers and was told to follow path down which we did. The path however led to a dead end and there was no staff to guide us where to go. We ended up having to drive through buyers field and park near exit with the traders. If they were full why take our money…
They are quite frankly terrible at keeping us updated. They turned off comments because they don’t want to deal with customers and they don’t confirm they are open until very late the night before. Carboot companies alot smaller put them to shame!
