Lorry turned up on time with plenty of moving blankets etc. The staff were friendly and understanding , they didn’t damage anything and took any furniture apart if required and put back up with ease. I laughed at a previous comment about lads taking breaks, it was a pleasure to chat with them and make coffee. They grafted all day and all I did was point at rooms directing. Yet I’m absolutely knackered on my feet let alone moving all the boxes and furniture, kudos to your guys. Thank you again for making a stressful day much easier

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 The guy that came to quote was great. The price was competitive. When it came to exchanging contracts and delays in dates they were very understanding. They arrived on time, nothing was damaged and on arrival everything was put in the correct room. The guys themselves were friendly.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great experience with BMB. They worked hard throughout the day to move us locally. Took down and correctly rebuilt some furniture. Respectful and polite. Plenty of tea and coffee kept them happy.

The team on the day were faultless and everything was moved safely and securely and unloaded with no issues. I honestly can’t recommend the team enough and how they all come together as a team.

Constructive criticism would be; It was a wet day, I was surprised they don’t use carpet protector film and if a piece of furniture has a door that opens they put packaging tape around it, I was surprised they don’t carry industrial cling film.
The guys also like their tea breaks, on loading the van between 8:30 and 1pm at least 5 lasting a minimum of 15 minutes a time. I felt from start to finish it was maybe 2hrs longer than it needed to be.
Maybe I’m being unfair, is it a case of pacing yourself if you’re doing this job everyday. A comfortable 4 stars, the little missing extras prevent me giving 5 stars but I’d still recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I did speak to a few removals companies but B.M.B provide the flexibility during a stressful time. They are reasonable on price and they have a big team rather then a 1 or 2 person company.
When we arrived to our new house we were shocked to see how many colleagues had joined the team to unload as they had finished their job early) even our new neighbours were really impressed with the whole team.
