Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Our log cabin was delivered to us via Wrefords Transport. As arranged with Simply Log Cabins service was seamless. Paul Goodman phoned 30 minutes ahead to say he was on his way. It’s obvious that Wrefords takes its business seriously, employing professional and friendly drivers. Paul told us he’s been delivering for them 14 years and makes regular trips up to Scotland. Our pallet delivery was carefully placed on the drive (he asked where we would like it and didn’t just plonk it down and run- Amazon take note here)

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Just had a fantastic delivery from Wrefords! I’m a domestic end user, not a business, but am very impressed. On time and in perfect condition – good going for a 1200 Kg load. The driver could not have been more skilful and helpful, offering several very useful and positive suggestions. He was a real expert with the fork lift and placed the pallet with millimetre precision. To cap it all he was thoroughly professional, but also friendly and cheerful with a positive outlook throughout. This was a thoroughly excellent delivery experience. Thank you Wrefords.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Wrefords contacted me on behalf of their client from whom I had purchased a log cabin. Whilst confirming my delivery address I made them aware that access to our home was via a single track lane. The lady I dealt with advised that I would be contacted later by the driver once he’d had chance to look at the location. In the event a Logistics Manager called and explained that the truck would be equipped with a Moffet (a very versatile fork-lift truck) and that this would complete the final part of the journey where the truck simply wouldn’t fit!

The driver took real care unloading and managed to get the ramp in my building even though access was difficult. Fast and efficient. Very very good. 100% recommended.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The company i ordered my log cabin use Wrefords to deliver their goods. I received a call from the transport manager on Friday to confirm delivery AM Tuesday. Driver called me at 8am on the Tuesday to say he would be with me in 10mins. He did a great job unloading the pallet which was 6m long. He then drove it along my street in his forklift and placed it exactly where I wanted on the drive (even though my drive is on a slope and it involved him reversing down in his forklift for weight purposes!). Brilliantly done and managed to manoeuvre the cars that were parked on the street. He made it look so easy. He was so polite and courteous and a credit to you’re company. The packaging was slightly burst at one end and I could see a couple of blocks were slightly damaged before I taped it back up for protection until the fitter arrives. These things come from Estonia though so I suspect the damage has happened in transit and not anything to do with how wrefords have handled it. Hopef...

On delivery day the driver Fern, kept me regularly updated of his progress and he arrived at our rendezvous a few minutes earlier than he anticipated.
Like his colleagues back at base Fern presented a ‘Can do’ attitude. A consummate professional working for a first-class transport company. I couldn’t rate them highly enough.
