Dreadful experience. Number plate was misread (and no, the number plate wasn’t dirty), and the machine would not accept the correct number, so when we arrived at the barrier it would not let us out. Pressed the help button several times while irate drivers queued behind us. Eventually a crackly voice was heard on the intercom and the barrier was raised. Note to self ( and others) Don’t park there again.

The blue badge recognition function is absolutely awful. I found it impossible to use. Luckily. I was able to get out of my vehicle and call for assistance. They raised the barrier remotely.

A very stressful and frightening experience.

Still impossible to get out of after a show. Chip and PIN required a PIN number to be entered. Woefully few ticket machines. Of the two on level 4 one was out of action and the other was requiring Chip and PIN cards to be inserted to enter the PIN.

It would make more sense to lodge your registation and card at the ticket machine on the way in after you have parked the car, then it could automatically take your payment as it sees you leave.

Terribly organised. Parked here for the theatre. What a mistake. Effortless to get in and then queued for hours to leave. The barriers don’t lift up when you eventually reach the bottom as when you pay you only get 15 mins to leave and as your queuing for hours to leave your time elapses. This then requires a call to the operator. This takes several minutes to sort out and EVERY car is doing it. Just lift up the barriers for goodness sake and let everyone leave.

Decent carpark, usually a fairly easy to find a space and reasonable charges. Can get busy when popular shows are on at the theatre. Great you can pay at the barriers now rather than queuing for the machines on foot.
