0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited a few times since the opening. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of choice for my dog who has various allergies. The have a good selection of toys and games to keep my dog entertained.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I got my puppies and they needed there second vaccination, after my wife called to make an appt at the vets part for next week (10th week) we were assured we could get it done this week (9th), the guy even checked with another member of the team.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a display of rawhide chews for dogs, one of the most hazardous snacks for our furry companions. It’s baffling that pet shops would promote such dangerous products, potentially leading owners to unknowingly harm their pets. The avian section was no better; it was evident they lacked understanding of bird care. Aside from spacious parrot cages, their offerings were subpar, promoting unhealthy foods like seed mixes as the primary diet for birds, neglecting essential pellets. To add to the distress, a display of canaries and finches had barely accessible water bottles, with one finch visibly struggling, gasping for air and barely able to perch.

The store is set out in a way that is easy to navigate, offers all displayed clearly and items well presented.
Plenty of friendly staff members on hand to provide with any advice or suggestions for my pets needs as well as ensuring I get great value for money!
Overall very professional looking and will be my go to pet store!

I took time off and travelled to the place (45min drive) to be told they couldnt do it because we were a week early. I asked as soon as i arrived again and then they confirmed this.
I can respect the guy who told me it wasn’t possible today but the fact the appt was made and we were assured it was fine is a step too far.
Personally after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this place service is shocking!!!
