0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Customer service is awful. The woman who served us made me feel not worthy to have fish. She laughed because I didn’t understand what she was telling me to do with my tank. She is horrible, just stands behind the desk and has no interest in helping you.

Rating:1 I went in to grab some community fish for my new cycled tank as it was a decent size store. as i was wandering around and having a look, I asked about aquarium salt. The individual working there decided to question me as to why I needed it, and then continued to go on a rant, giving unsolicited advice nonstop. As I was trying to change the conversation, he continued to give more advise. I wanted to buy some fish, but his tone used was belittling and condescending, as if he knew everything about fish. Some of the things he was saying was just plain wrong. He was not asking any questions about my setup before advising and left a bad taste in my mouth, I didn’t want to buy any fish from there. Even if I hadn’t spoken to him, however, the state of the store was appalling. The fish were discoloured, lacking energy, and did not seem healthy or appealing. I had read the reviews before going but decided to give it a go, maybe people had the one off bad experience. But unfortunately...

Half empty shelves where there used to plenty of products to choose from and tanks of sick looking and overpriced fish.
There’s an older woman working here who’s rude, opinionated and unapproachable attitude towards customers has always been pretty poor over the years but lately she seems to have got worse.
Luckily, there are other shops in the area so I’ll happily be avoiding this one from now on.
