Rating:5 We brought a Spur Thighed Tortoise from Northampton Reptile Centre last week, and Sam and the team have been nothing but helpful in the lead up to, buying of, and after of getting our tortoise.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Reptile Centre, which was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for frozen food, but it ended up spoiled due to a missed delivery.
The delivery failed because of a faulty intercom system at my building. However, the most frustrating part was discovering Reptile Centre’s hidden policy of drivers not contacting customers by phone in any cases. This policy is nowhere to be found on their website, and it’s completely unreasonable.
Standard practice in the delivery industry involves a phone call when encountering access issues like a broken intercom. This simple step could have saved my order. But instead, the driver simply left and I was left with spoiled food and a frustrated pet.
To add insult to injury, Reptile Centre’s customer service offered no help. They kept shifting responsibility to me, claiming it was my fault for the faulty intercom. This is outrageous!...

Any questions we had were instantly answered, with thorough responses, and everything we needed to buy was justified and explained to us fully.
I always used to use them for buying live food for my beardie, and knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get our tortoise as they’d always been so good in the past.

It came defrosted and then a point blank refusal to give me my money back or send out new order..
Avoid at all costs because of you have a problem they act like it’s sold as seen and never take responsibilityfor their couriers incompetence..clueless
