Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Absolutely appalling appalling rude receptionist in the vet part of the store very rude. I cannot describe this person was more interested in playing solitaire and actually trying to help. I could tell as soon as I walked up it was going to be aggro and it felt like we were putting her out. Why did these people get jobs, very very, very rude. I’m very concerned about this person.

Everything i had a question about he had an answer for with great thorough explanation. Awesome to see someone passionate for educating in this field and hope he knows he is doing a bloody good job!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 A lovely pet shop, I spend most of my time here. Staff are lovely and always put in the maximum amount of effort to help out their customers. I was greeted by a staff member, Hayden. He helped me for an hour picking out fish and catching them. Made great conversation and the whole experience enjoyable.

Plenty of parking but can get busy at the weekends.
Vets 4 pets in store.
Grooming parlour.
Aquatics section.
A few live animals in pens near the front door.
Plenty of stock available as quite a large store.
Currently new dog coat lines added…
Till service was fast and efficient.
