Grooming service is great Jack has had his 2nd grooming there today ..the member of staff was really good with Jack .. Jack had a treat after grooming a dog muffin lol

I came in today, as I’ve recently purchased a rabbit for my daughter, I honestly didn’t no where to start, food/hay/cage/ ect and I came across kitty and Rebecca, they were truly amazing, they took me through everything, exceptional customer service I’ll be most definitely returning. Thank you kitty and Rebecca once again ❤️

Been going quite a lot recently to stock up my fish tanks and I get on quite well with the staff. Always friendly and helpful. I always show them photos of my tanks when they ask the same questions. It’s helps. Good fish in stock and tanks look decent.

I find them to be a little on the pricy side. Not a huge amount offered either. However, the staff are friendly and seem to know their stuff.
We went in looking for a plastic dog bed which we were able to find and purchase. Seems that there are more items available online than in store.

We went up buy fish for my granddaughter’s tank and the assistant was so helpful. Their knowledge was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We came away with 4 fish, 2 snails and food for them all. Very happy with the service we got.
