Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always happy to help guide you. My black labrador puppy and I loved the Puppy Hour socialisation classes. I can’t believe they were free. It was great for her development and I appreciated the advice.

Rating:5 Bailey and I have enjoyed every minute of the puppy play group at Harlestone, the people are so kind and friendly and my dogs always look forward to their trips over to Harlestone (not forgetting Dobbies cafe or the firs). We have had so many helpful recommendations for not only our dogs but for our cats too!

They also do a refund if your cat doesn’t eat the food too. Definitely going back to them again. They have a good range of quality products. I would recommend.

They take the time to show him kindness every time we visit and have been part of his successful story. They are also extremely helpful and kind to me having found out I’m very unwell. I highly recommend your shop to all family and friends. It’s rare to get this level of service anymore. Thank you to them both
