Not enough staff on shift at peak times to deal with an influx of customers collecting their prescriptions. Changed to lloyds direct now

Answer your phones! I’ve been calling since 7:30 and it’s now 9:45 ridiculous! What a complete waste of time and store

Once again . Ridiculous waiting times ⏲️.
Back again on the 6th Sept. The que is out of the door with very Very hot and annoyed customers. 2 people behind the pharmacy going extremely slow. This seems to get WORSE every week. Appalling. I would take photos but don’t want to upset the hot and irate people waiting. 12 people waiting not including me.
I really feel sorry for the lady serving on her own.
