0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Arrived at the centre to use the community nurse services and found all the disabled bays full. The pharmacy delivery van was parked in one. No badge. On speaking to pharmacy staff I was told “we’re just getting a delivery”. Absolutely shocking that an NHS vehicle supplying a pharmacy thinks it’s ok to deprive a disabled person the use of a bay because it’s easier for them.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Went in to drop off a sharps box as instructed by the hospital to be told “We don’t take them any more” by a stern face Asian lady – NO alternative advice given just a short grumpy answer! Poor customer service folks!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I have never waited that long in a Pharmacy. There was one person sitting on a chair already waiting. There were 1 staff at the counter and 3 in the back. After about 5 mins of being there the lad got his prescription and no one else came. “Only” had to wait another 10mins until I got my prescription. Can’t imagine this place when it gets busy.
