    Pharmacy has long queues, no stock and understaffed, found a much better chemist down on semilong road. Avoid at all costs.

    Told me to get out the store because of my Assistance dog isnt allowed in the store “to protect other customers”

    Then asked for paperwork to prove he’s an assistance dog . When I said there arnt any papers or registration he said there was and I said it’s against the law to deny access he started arguing saying it isn’t cause it’s a public store dogs arnt allowed in I told him to look up the ADUK site and he wouldn’t

    Falsely advertise and allow flu vaccines to be booked via the website, wasting customer time and money. Staff are friendly and very polite at least however still a waste of time

    my prescription cost me £28.50. while waiting the chemist asked a chap if he paid for prescription, the chap replied no english so he just handed it over to him!!!!! he even called him back and gave him something else so it was more than one. not the first time either. then he had the cheek to say i can pay 3 monthly or yearly, no next time im going to reply no english and get it free!!!

    Disgusting service.
    Every single month when I request my repeat prescription, I seem to have a problem with the pharmacy.
    It seems to be a different problem every time.
    I had ordered my prescription and had to travel to the pharmacy to check if it was ready because they were not picking up their phones. I was then told that it wasn’t ready and that I needed to come back another day but she couldn’t tell me when. I informed them that I haven’t been receiving any text messages and that there must be an error and that I don’t have the time to keep coming back and forth to check. The woman didn’t understand and simply sent me on my way.
    Today, I called up after being hung up on and a rude lady picked up the phone. She told me that my prescription wasn’t ready and I mentioned that it had been way over a week. She told me that I would receive a text message when it was ready so I had to explain that I hadn’t ever been sent a text message before. She then told me that she will scan my prescri...
