Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 On the day of the work nobody arrived. I waited until 11 and contacted Darren and his reply of which did not include an apology was “Hi Stuart – having a bit of bother with staff. Should be making a start, I’ll call soon with update.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This company is brilliant. AWA told me my leak was my responsibility. Contacted EPS via an AWA link. On 19th Jan 2023, my leak caused my street to be a sheet of ice. EPS considered it to be an emergency and carried out the repair on 21st January.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 After two leaks in the mains pipe under my front garden within a couple of months, each requiring excavation by me and the services of a plumber, I realised that a 1974 plastic pipe was likely to leak again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I am normally quite skeptical about 5 star reviews, but after my experience with Darren & John I would give this marvellous company 10/10 if I could. It has taken me over 6 weeks going through my useless insurance company’s Home emergency team, the water board as well as a quite a few charlatans posing as plumbers who ripped me off every which way. I didn’t think EPS would come all the way down from Northampton to London as quite a few other companies similar to them had declined to assist, so I didn’t approach them earlier. On their initial visit where they put my mind completely at ease about the process , they confirmed that they could only return 2 weeks after to replace my lead pipe. When I mentioned that I had had no water in my home for 6 weeks, they immediately came into the house to assess the situation. They then proceeded to completely blow my mind with their kindness. They fixed the leaking lead pipe FREE of charge as a temporary measure until they returned to comple...

Rating:5 After finding a leak under my driveway,When other companies including Anglian Water were no help, After speaking to Darren at EPS when he did a site visit he instantly put my my mind at ease. Darren adjusted his schedule to get my leak sorted after Anglian Water started to put me under pressure. Cannot fault the service and speed of installation would definitely recommend thankyou Darren and all at EPS.

Darren ” . That was the last I heard of them even after leaving messages and contacting Darren’s Office as well. I would not recommend them as they are not trust worthy or professional.

I did some web sleuthing, discovered the moling process and found EPS.
I have only positive comments to make about the service I received. The work is effectively “invisible mending” and I feel that’s a really irking issue I no longer have to concern myself over. Two very personable chaps who did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
