Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Went to collect parcel, First Lady sent me home for ID that was not required. I went home to collect ID and went back, other lady on counter said it was not required which I knew as no mention on email from DPD. The Second Lady tried to defend by saying they sometime require it to which I asked why did the First Lady not check like you did before sending me home!!!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Staff are so rude. Don’t forget to take your own tape as they will do nothing to help you. Never heard of a post office that wont give you tape to tape the lapel absolutely crazy.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Feel sorry for the man that works there, the elderly people that come in are sometimes racist and rude and the lady you can tell can’t be bothered she just comes in to work. They need more people because the queues can be a bit long

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 To collect parcel, you have to go with your actual/physical ID to be able to collect your parcel.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Very unhelpful and quite rude. Supposed to take parcels to be collected by Parcelforce but tell you to take them to crow lane when you get there even though they tell you on the phone that they accept them at Barry road. Won’t be using it again. Worth paying the extra to get your parcels collected from home. Not much need for these counters if that’s the attitude you receive.
