0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Won’t let me send a parcel, even though its dimensions were put on the website and checked before payment. Do not recommened, I bet they just don’t want anything above 50cm being held there before sending, just not fair, dont go there, because they will send you somewhere else 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Disgusting behaviour from the worker there Mr Samilan. So rude and disrespectful. He yells and has no business speaking to people publicly. No decency and such a short temper. Clear from the other reviews this is not a one time thing. He should be replaced.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Mr Samilan (hope ive been given the correct name) is very rude, unpolite, unprofessional and has no idea whatsoever what customer service means. I went in with my package (2 items) for return. Before trying to return i tried to explain to him that last week we had 2 items to return. We had them in one box and he sent us home to repack and bring them back. We repacked and brought it back but after scanning the QR codes the same Samilan said that actualy needs to be in one box. We had to repack again, which we did and then he accepted. Trying to avoid the same experience today i asked him if possible to check first the QR codes then send me to repack. Instead he started to overtalk me and when i asked him to listen to my story to the end he said that he knows better and : “get out of the office”. I asked him if he is kicking me out and he repeated couple more times: “get out of the office” then he was laughing at other customers saying im causing drama when i started to have a panick at...

The workers and bright and cheery, go over and beyond for your needs. Post office / shop – everything rolled into one!
I’ve been coming here for years, never had an issue, absolutely lovely people.
