Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 It is the most disorganized and messy post office I have ever seen. The staff who served me was rude, made a mistake in the requested operation 3 times (wrong spelling and price on the postal order).

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I’ve never experienced post office staff being rude before now. All I wanted the staff to do was to exchange my foreign currency back as it promises on the post office website. The frustrating part was they had done it previously without any issues, but because he didn’t know how to do it, I was told to come back another day. Obviously not being happy with that response I started to complain, so he called someone. Once on the phone to whoever it was he became very obnoxious and raised his voice at me (like he was showing off to the person on the phone). However he did stop once I told him not to be so rude and raise his voice at a customer. Whilst I can appreciate their systems maybe a bit antiquated, there is no need for such obnoxious attitudes. I will not be using this post office again. I would suggest using alexandra terrace. Much more helpful, friendly and polite.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Very rude staff, dont go here honestly. it was 15 mins before closing and i wanted to send a parcel of because i was at work, they kept shouting get out the shop we are not going to serve you, i dont know why this is.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Surly, unhelpful staff. One is made to feel as if one is an inconvenience. I truly regret having to use this post office and will try to avoid it in future.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Does everything a post office should. Cash machine outside and you can get cash at the counter too. A sad, run down, empty shelves building. Post office counter part superb customer service.
