I’m a Uni student and it’s so convenient when I can’t be bothered to go to a store off campus or I’m craving some food.

I asked to collect from this post office. Parcel delivered a week ago according to my tracker. Went in and one of the employees had a quick look at the desk behind her and said that the parcel for me has not arrived yet. Then, I told her that the parcel has arrived a week ago, which she then said “Its too late now. Got sent back then to the central delivery office.” Despite the tracker saying that its there. Then I travelled to town just for this. The nice gentleman in the central post office clarified with me that its still at the waterside campus and has been there since last week. Then, I returned back there and asked another employee who was really helpful and found the parcel beneath the desk towards the middle side of the counter. Now,I don’t mind if she acknowledge that she might miss the parcel or even clarify nicely that it wasn’t there, but this employee went into a rant with a raised voice saying that it was not there this morning and was rude and has...

Terrible post office. Don’t take anything over 2kg, don’t bother going there. Parking nightmare also
