Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I had a highly disappointing experience with this agency.They told that everything was fine, no need for additional procedures and can collect the keys the following week.I paid the holding deposit based on Hannah’s confirmation. Then the agency introduced numerous additional procedures after receiving my holding deposit . This led to both financial loss and waste of my valuable time also face difficulty to find alternative accommodation at the last moment.

Had a very proper communication on email and via phone, In particular I would like to mention Olivia Hillery who helped a lot in getting us a property. She really took detailed care of all documents fillings, really appreciate her perseverance and hard work. I would certainly recommend Ashby Lowery to anyone who wants to settle into their home.

Olivia Hillery from that team handled a recent letting for me: not only was the letting (including pre and post matters) handled efficiently and without any fuss, I was most impressed by Olivia’s professionalism, experience and knowledge.
