0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Great people, except if you have issues with your rental property I suggest you ask for Kayleigh. Kayleigh is amazing and will deal with any little complaints you have but ingrida will make you feel like everything is your fault even if it’s structural issues in a property. She personally sent me an email saying I never contacted her or never talked to my partner (the 2nd person on the lease and the guy who lived with me and heard the calls and me being blown off when I asked for her ) it’s a good company to rent for as long as you get to talk to Kayleigh and no one else

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I have used Edward Knight before, Franko came out and discussed my house what it would fetch and took some really good photos. Had a couple of viewings, then had a viewing that was taken by Mark, well what can I say HE IS REALLY AMAZING, he is so good at his job the people he was showing around brought it a couple of hours later, Mark got me the price I was after which was really good in the hard market we are in at the moment. Mark kept me in the loop the entire time, if I sent him a message he would always come back to me within the hour with an answer. The whole process took longer than it should have done but that was down to Solicitors, Mark chased them when nothing seemed to be happing.

Honestly would never rent off ingrida again but 100% would trust Kayleigh. Moving out due to structural issues and Kayleigh made it easy and helped us negotiate with the landlord but ingrida just sent me emails blaming me and my partner for everything when we tried to treat our property with the upmost respect.
