Rating:5 I’ve recently used Howkins & Harrison Estate Agents to find a new property, Evie was wonderful and friendly when showing me around a property and made the process of putting in an offer super easy. Would recommend this estate agents for their professionalism and customer service!

Evie Kondracki has been very professional while still being approachable and I could always reach her if I had any queries. From the initial viewing until the signing of contracts it only took a bit over a week and I was able to move into the new property early which was amazing. Other personnel at Howkins & Harrison who has successfully negotiated contracts on my behalf with the previous landlord is Drew Stewart. He was professional and, approachable and helpful

She originally shown us a house we unfortunately didn’t get but then she had another very similar house lined up for a viewing the next day which we did get! The process was very quick and smooth, also personable. Very pleased and now enjoying our new home. Thank you Evie

In particular Mark Glenn, with whom we have worked work with for over 10 years with respect to our rental property. He has always offered very good and fair advice, when needed and made our life as landlords much easier. And thank you to Jamie, even though we changed our minds about selling! We would always choose Howkins and Harrison’s as a rental agency and a selling agent.
