From the very beginning, they were professional and attentive. They helped me find the perfect rental property that matched my requirements and budget. The entire process, from viewing the property to signing the lease, was smooth and efficient. They were responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and they made the whole renting process stress-free. I would highly recommend iLet Properties for their exceptional service and dedication to their clients’ needs.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I let a number of properties through Ilet when i decided to try investing up north! Being based in London I was recommended to these guys by the architect i used. I am happy to say it was a brilliant decision. FJ was polite, courteous and quick to respond. He understood the fact this was an expensive process for landlords and looked after the property by checking tenants carefully and they provided all the associated support works needed for a distant landlord. At the same time he didn’t exploit this position by quoting ridiculous prices for every small issue in the houses. He was fair to both landlord and tenant and I liked that as not landlords are out there to exploit tenants, its about being balanced. In the end I sold up and FJ really supported that process by providing support to me with various issues that came up via surveys etc. Highly recommend and would go back to him if I even come back into this area.
