0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Brilliant service. I could not fault them at all. When they said they would be able to sell the house in a few days I did think they were telling me fibs. However less than 48 hours later I had several offers to look at. Absolutely first class and so friendly too. Would highly recommend them.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Really difficult to write such a negative review but my wife and I had such a terrible experience with Jackson Grundy. We had been searching for our perfect ‘forever’ home for many months and were thrilled and excited to come across a house in Guilsborough that met all of our needs for ourselves and our 5 children. We phoned and booked an appointment for the 1 and only open day immediately and were told ” you are first through the door”. A week of driving out to get a feel for the village and show our children photos of the house and surrounding area was met with a short, abrasive and quite frankly thoughtless phone call the day before we were due to view, telling us somebody had managed to view it early and put in an offer the owners accepted. Underhanded, dishonest company we will certainly steer well clear of going forward.

Every time we phoned it was answered, something lacking with other agent we contacted. Natalie was great, she listened, responded super fast to emails and was happy to spend time guiding us throughout. Natalie is a credit to company and would have no hesitation in using the agents again
