Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 It’s been a while since I received such fantastic service which has prompted this review. The manager went over and above to make us feel welcome into his lovely restaurant. The food was prepared to order and very tasty, the portions were huge and the fish was perfect.

As a young woman dealing with anxiety in new places, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the friendly young man at the counter. He made me feel right at home. The person preparing the food was equally friendly and talkative. The food itself was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant boasts a spotless, modern atmosphere—a true gem in the neighborhood!

Rating:5 I have had my fair share of fish and chips, but you know you have hit a gold mine, when the batter crunches when you cut in to it, and thats exactly what happened when I ate here for the first time, the chips were chunky, and the potato inside was fluffy. The mush peas were actual mushy peas and not watered down like many other places.

The manager very kindly gave us some complimentary drinks as it was our first time visiting Billy’s.
Will definitely be calling again, maybe for Breakfast next time.

Staff were very friendly, the place is very clean. This is actual seaside fish and chips without having to go to a seaside. I live 60 odd miles away but I wouldn’t hesitate making the journey again if I ever wanted proper fish and chips

Very tasty fish with crispy , crunchy coating . Not soggy or oily. ✌️Good chips. We are looking forward to be back. Highly recommend
