0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I tried to order a foot long Italian hearb and cheese, chicken and bacon melt (as per my usual order). I was told they only do this on white or brown bread. I asked can I have it anyway and was told no because of the way the toast it (WHAT!!). They literally toast everything the same way and I’m sure their company moto is “have it your way”, or something to that effect. I’m usually up for the confrontation when ordering as I was once told I had to order a chicken ceser and add bacon, due to menue change, which I didn’t mind as I ultimately got what I wanted. This curve ball confused me so I went for the bbq baller (which wasn’t nice) on my preferred bread as it peaked my curiosity while waiting in line. I wish I’d walked out of the store there and then as I now feel as though the girl has won the situation. Very upset!!
