Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Avoid this shop or lose your money, like all the other people who’ve left reviews I sent a pair of shoes back recorded delivery and they never refunded me for them. You can’t contact them by any means so there’s no way to get your money back, I have now contacted trading standards in Northampton and referred this and all the other peoples complaints to them

Rating:5 Brought some Barbour Monty slippers from Arthur Knight, they were extremely comfortable but I ordered the wrong size (I am either a 9 or 10 depending on the shoe, or in this case slipper!) I asked AK if I could possibly change them and this was sorted within a couple of days with no fuss! Great customer service and ill be going back when wedding season is upon us!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Avoid at all costs. I returned a pair of boots on 3rd December the store signed for the delivery and it’s now 30th December and still no refund. The store doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t respond to Facebook messenger or answer emails. Do not trust this store.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Please don’t use this company, I have had the same experience as other people, but unfortunately I had not read the reviews. I have returned my boots over a month ago because they didn’t fit, sent via Royal Mail tracked at my own expense, I can see they have been delivered but yet no contact from this company and no refund. No-one answers the phone and no-one replies to emails. I don’t know how they are still trading!!!

I am very pleased with the service and the goods supplied. Well done to all the staff at Arthur knight shoes Northampton . I would definitely recommend this company
