Awesome shoes. James Bond apparently wears them, and Tony Blair. Not sure if that’s a good endorsement, tho !!!
I don’t think I’ll ever find a more comfortable smart pair of shoes . Whatsmore is I really don’t want to. Exceptional quality.

A word about the repair service. It is no longer possible to send your Church’s shoes back to the factory for repair. You first have to complete a questionnaire they will email you about your shoes. This includes things such as where did you buy them and when. They also ask for a photograph of the shoes. Once this is done they ask that you take take or post the shoes to a Church’s store. These are all I think in London. I took my shoes to the Bond Street store. You must now pay in advance for the service, which is £290. After this the shoes are sent to Northamptonshire for the repair. But my shoes were returned to the store because they were “unrepairable”. Why? Because there was a very small stitch that was needed above the heel. Very minor and hardly visible. And I only wanted new soles and heels: nothing else. Anyway, nearly a month after taking my shoes to store they were returned to me. I have had countless pairs of Church’s shoes re-sol...

Bought from the shop during my last visit to the factory but the shop is shut at the moment as its having a refresh. It will be open again in a week or two so likely around the beginning Dec 22. I’m sure someone from Church’s can confirm that though? On another note the lady in the shop is a diamond, her customer service is exemplary and second to none, thankyou for a most pleasant experience.

I was buying a wonderful pair of Chelsea Boots of the brand Church’s just two weeks ago. Unfortunately the quality of one shoe was really bad, so that the shoeleather of one shoe started having bad kick pleats. In direct comparison you can see that the leather seems different on both shoes.

I am really disappointed as a costumer that owns several pairs of Churchs. The quality seems to get worse and worse. My older pairs still have a great quality.

Not too far from the station. As you leave the station you turn right. You see the logo already from afar to the left. The entrance to the shop is in a side street, a bit hidden away. -English shoes of superior quality. Apart from Bicester Village the only place to get these discounts. Worth a visit
