0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I ordered a flatcap I could’ve ordered elsewhere but hey promised first class delivery at a reasonable price. Several days later when the delivery was overdue I got an email with zero explanation saying i was being refunded. I ordered it for a special occasion. In addition I emailed them to ask for an explanation but got none. Appalling customer service.

I’ve bought two coats, most of my shoes, and various other items from this shop. I needed to get some shoes re-soled a while ago, and the service and communication was exceptional.
