Absolute top-notch customer service from the time I sent my first email to the ultra fast delivery. The shoes and service provided was some of the best service I have ever received! I am truly happy having dealt with Jeffery West and would not hesitate to purchase from them at any time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The Northampton shop is great. It carries current lines that you’ll find on their website, but also has a good selection of sales items at discounted rates. I went wedding shoe shopping here with my father and father-in-law and we ended up with 8 pairs of shoes, two belts and a weekend bag between us. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and were on hand to help without being pushy. Great experience, and would recommend a visit if you’re into your shoes. Terrific designs, from the rock and roll shoes to the more ‘traditional’ styles.

Once I arrived I was greeted by Sharon, amazing dress sense, definitely looked the part in Jeffery West, her service was amazing, brought out 3 sizes of the same shoe I had spoken to Sam about prior to my arrival. Sharon already knew who I was and had the 2 sizes ready for me. In the end we decided the size 10 to be the best fit. I met the designer Guy West aswell. Had some great banter with Sharon and Sam in the store aswell. I could not recommend this store much more. If you haven’t been to this Head Quarters Store make sure you do.
Served with the upmost professionalism with some great humour, one liners, and Sharon even went as far as to take some photos for me, and even borrowed me her jacket/coat to try on with one of the scarfs.
All in All money well spent and so h...
