Spoke to us about what we would receive and even threw in a complimentary face mask for it being our first time there. We both felt relaxed throughout – we were asked questions about our comfort level which was great too. We left feeling great. Will definitely be back again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had a back massage with Ana, highly recommend. Being mainly office/car based and getting older back/shoulders are falling apart, but after a short session feeling better already. Very clean location and Ana was friendly/helpful/ Will be back soon Im sure.

Their skills were evident in the quality of the massage I received, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

On the day, we received a text message to tell us they cannot do it and they cannot give us another time.
Talk about shocking customer service! Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
Would not recommend. Go to another place that has better customer service. I wouldn’t think about going here again if I was visiting Northampton!!!
Adding to this Review: They had the audacity to call me up asking me to erase this review!! Wow. I am shocked. You should have called at the point you decided to send a text message and maybe do something about the inconvenience. Thats what makes good customer service. What an insult.
