Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Went with my partner and both had an amazing time. I went for the Thai Herbal Bundle Hot Oil Massage and it’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The lady’s are so kind and polite and set up a really relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Yin has been doing my semi-permanent brows for about 8 years now, and I travel up all the way from Essex as I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them! I always leave the appointment very satisfied, my brows look very natural and I always get compliments! Yin is sooo lovely as well and makes you feel really comfortable. I would definitely recommend Spa Retreat, and Yin. Thank you.

I paid for aesthetics treatments. They were not effective despite what I was advised. I waited two months just in case
I then contacted to say I would like to meet to speak about it and was told that there was no availability until around 4-6 weeks later
When I said I was not happy about this I was told that the owner was a single parent with a new location and I really should be more understanding. Nope not when I paid £2k and you are running a business. £750 completely down the drain on treatments I was advised that did nothing. I wouldn’t trust what you are told and clearly once the money is taken you are dismissed.
Really disappointing and feel ripped off and let down

On the first occasion I had a full body massage (best one so far… and I’ve had a lot!)
And on the second occasion I had an Indian Head Massage and reflexology with Yin. (The Indian Head Massage was also the best of its kind I’ve ever had with a lovely emphasis on lymph nodes and acupuncture points.)
The retreat is in a lovely village and the stable setting is so cozy and peaceful. I look forward to watching the space develop.
I cannot recommend the salon enough, the team are so friendly and talented, which leaves you feeling incredibly relaxed for hours after your treatment.
